Proverbs 3:5-6
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart ; and lean not to your own understanding.
In all your ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct your paths"
Many of us Christians, like those without Christ, try to figure out our lives all alone. We do most of the thought-and-work process (if not the entirety) whereas the creator of it remains alive.
If we would simply take our living and rest from Jesus, we would realise how much pain and time we allowed in vain.
God will always be in charge, you can't change it so why the stress?
Our only duty is to trust and obey.
Our only misgiving is to worry.
Let us save ourselves some fine lines on the face.
All our fears, aspirations, dreams, wishes, weaknesses, and even regrets are known to Him.
Just like the Hymn writer sang,
"Just to know, "Thus says the Lord""
Shalom.
